Terms & Conditions

These terms govern access to Liberty County Busted Mugshots and its links, records directions, and third-party tools. By using the site, a visitor agrees to follow them. Anyone who does not accept the terms should stop using the site.

This is a private records reference with no government, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections affiliation. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers a consumer-reporting service. No information may be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another FCRA-covered purpose.

Nature of the Service

Liberty County Busted Mugshots does not act for any public office and does not store official arrest, jail, court, or corrections records. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, change an agency record, or file a court document.

The site points visitors to public resources for Liberty County and Florida, and some pages connect to outside research tools. It is neither a private investigation firm nor a consumer reporting agency.

Acceptable Use Rules

Access is conditioned on lawful, respectful use. A visitor must not:

  • violate a law through or in connection with the site;
  • stalk, threaten, harass, or harm another person;
  • make hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or other eligibility decisions from site content;
  • seek unauthorized entry to an account, server, or network;
  • run automated bots, scrapers, or extraction tools; or
  • interfere with the service or another visitor's access.

No Consumer Reports

Liberty County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and supplies no background check, credit report, or consumer report. Search and advertising partners do not provide screening services through this site. A visitor agrees not to use the information for:

  • an employment or personnel decision;
  • tenant selection or another housing decision;
  • creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing;
  • licensing, permits, or government-benefit eligibility; or
  • any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Links to Other Services

Outbound links may lead to sheriff and corrections pages, court portals, jail information, government forms, legal resources, news outlets, or outside search services. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control the destination's content, data handling, terms, uptime, or results, and visitors should review its policies.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, no warranty is made that:

  • information is complete, accurate, or current;
  • access will always be available without interruption;
  • the service will be free of errors, defects, or security weaknesses; or
  • an outside search tool will return every relevant result.

Custody and public-record information can change at any time. Nothing on this private site is an official statement from the Liberty County Sheriff's Office or another agency.

Limits on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site, its operators, and content partners are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from access, use, inability to use, or reliance on the site or any linked service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

A visitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the site and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees caused by that visitor's use, misuse, or breach of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless a source states otherwise, original text, graphics, logos, layout, and code belong to Liberty County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. They may not be copied, republished, distributed, or modified without written permission.

Revisions to These Terms

These conditions may change at any time. A revised version becomes effective when it is posted, and later use means acceptance of the updated terms.

Access May Be Revoked

We may restrict, suspend, or end access at any time, with or without notice, when needed to protect the service or for any other lawful reason.

Florida Law Controls

Florida law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Florida.

If One Term Fails

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be narrowed only as needed. All remaining provisions continue in effect.
